Ask which professional role is involved

A traditional-medicine consultation, a massage training certificate and a commercial wellbeing session are different things. Ask the provider to identify their role and the service they are qualified to offer. A clinic name or traditional vocabulary should not be treated as proof of a medical licence.

Check claims against their actual source

An official training programme can establish that a topic is taught; it does not establish that every technique carrying the same name has proven medical benefits. Ask to see the qualification and confirm that the name, issuing body and relevant scope match the person providing your session.

Bring symptoms to an appropriate clinician

Pain, urinary symptoms and fertility concerns need an assessment suited to the problem. If more than one professional is involved, tell each about medicines, treatment and planned bodywork. Ask who is responsible for follow-up and what should prompt urgent referral.
