Chiang Mai searches often return both Karsai sessions and training. A course fee is not a treatment price, and a school listing does not establish appointment availability. This guide separates advertised sessions from course information and provides sources to check before travelling.

Two public starting points

Holi identifies its Old City branch on Ratchamanka Road in Phra Sing. Omsala gives an address on Sithiwongse Road in Si Phum and says visits are by booking. They describe their services differently; do not infer identical techniques or training from the use of Kasai or Karsai.

What prices are actually published?

Checked on 29 October 2026: Omsala lists a 70-minute Karsai session at 2,500 THB. Holi lists 90, 120 and 140-minute Jap Kasai packages at 2,500, 4,200 and 6,900 THB respectively. These are advertised offers, not an average for Chiang Mai or a like-for-like comparison.

What should I ask about the technique?

Omsala’s page uses internal-organ and energy language. Ask exactly which contact is proposed and whether it is external only; do not interpret the wording yourself. We do not adopt claims about dissolving deposits or healing reproductive problems as established medical facts.

Can I walk in or combine a course with treatment?

Confirm directly. Omsala states that visits are by booking, while published branch hours do not guarantee a qualified practitioner is available. Ask separately about treatment duration, course dates, cancellation and the language used during consent.
